Legend Car squaring bar

Square your legend car easily, and consistently with DDR's new squaring bar. Using rare-earth magnets, attach the two bars to the front of your shock tower. Now here is where DDR's ingenuity sets us apart. You can adjust the tubes to square off the front shock tower, the front cross-member, or the rear end. Basically however you square your car, you can do so with this gauge.

Squaring off the rear cross-member (best used with Kevin Yeatts' rear squaring tool)-

If you square off the rear coss-member, simply square it how you normally would for the initial squaring bar setup. Once it's square and you're satisfied, attach your squaring bar to the front shock tower and loosen the tube clamping bolts. Run a tape measure from the extended pin of Yeatts' tool to the squaring bar. Adjust the TUBES of the squaring bar, until both sides on the tape measure read the same measurement, and record those measurements. Tighten the tube screws, and your squaring bar is square to your rear end based on your cross-member. Going forward you can simply put the squaring bar on the front end, and adjust your rear-end to the same measurement that you recorded and you should be square every time.

Squaring off the front shock tower-

To set your gauge square off the front shock tower, simply measure from the shock tower to the extruded aluminum. Make sure both measurements are identical, and your gauge is square. Tighten the adjustment screws and you should be able to repeat each time quick and easy.
